Preview scope
Wearbids is an open preview operated by Ceptra Labs Private Limited. It lets creators publish profiles and fixed-price placement opportunities, and lets brands discover and book available spots.
Accounts and submissions
Use accurate information, keep account access secure, and submit only content that you have the right to use. You remain responsible for your profile, campaign details, media, and statements. We may review, decline, remove, or limit content or accounts that are unlawful, misleading, infringing, unsafe, or inconsistent with this preview.
Public information and events
Published creator profiles and approved campaign information may be visible to visitors. Editorial event references are not endorsements, sponsorships, affiliations, or official partnerships unless Wearbids expressly marks them as verified. Confirm event dates, access, and commercial rights with the relevant organiser.
Direct settlement
Wearbids does not hold or escrow funds. A brand pays the creator directly in Base USDC to the creator's verified wallet. Wearbids only verifies the payment and locks the paid placement. If payment or logo placement fails, contact support for manual review.
Service changes and liability
The preview may change, pause, or end as we improve it. To the extent permitted by law, it is provided on an as-available basis. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, courts in Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh have jurisdiction over disputes relating to the preview.
